Animals Left in Hot Cars..

Picture
If you come across a dog that is in a car and you think it is too hot, this is the course of action to take.

1. Try to locate the owner, if you are in a supermarket car park ask for a call to be put out on the tannoy system.
2. Phone 101, the dog warden, RSPCA for advice.
3. Take a screen shot of the date, time and temperature.
4. Is it hot in the car??? New cars sometimes have air-con systems that work when the car is parked.
5. Only smash a window if you can prove it is necessary to do so otherwise you could find yourself being charged by the police.
